We have 4 boarding kennels available at present. Up to 3 dogs can share a kennel from the same household. Only small to medium dogs from the same household can share a kennel when selecting 3 dogs. Discounted rates automatically applied for additional dogs.

All dogs must be up to date with all flea and worm treatments and vaccinations including kennel cough. These vaccinations must not expire during the dogs stay with us. Any recent vaccinations or treatments need to be two weeks prior to your arrival. Please find downloadable forms at the bottom of this page.

Drop-off & Collection Times

Open 7 days a week
Morning: 9.00am – 12.00pm (Collection only)
Afternoon: 3.30pm – 6:00pm (Drop off only)

Failure to pick up dogs in the designated time slots will result in an extra charge of £15.

If the dog is collected before the confirmed end date and time of their stay no refund or partial refund will be given.

Pick-up & Drop-off Service

Mileage is calculated at £1.50 per mile for a return journey.

If your destination is not included within the options available, please contact us directly and we can provide you with a cost that can be added to your booking.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation for boarding must be made in writing and if cancelled within 30 days notice, the deposit will be refunded in full.

If cancelled within 15 days notice 50% of the deposit will be refunded.

If cancelled within 7 days notice 25% of the deposit will be refunded.

After that no refund will be given.
